Terms of use

By using the platform, the user agrees to provide accurate information, protect their account, and not use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Account responsibility

The verified phone number and email are part of the account recovery procedures. The user is responsible for protecting their devices and passkey, and for not sharing verification codes with anyone.

Financial transactions

A transaction is not complete until its final status appears in the system. Transactions may be subject to limits, review or suspension where misuse is suspected.

Receiving and withdrawals

The available receiving and withdrawal channels and limits depend on the account settings, the user's country and the liquidity available at the time of the request.

Prohibited use

Fraud, impersonation, money laundering and concealing the source of funds, abuse of messaging, testing for vulnerabilities without authorisation, and circumventing operational restrictions are prohibited.

Third-party providers

Some deposit, payment and withdrawal methods may rely on external service providers. The availability, processing time and technical status of a method depend on the operation of those channels, in addition to the platform's controls.

Identity verification (KYC)

A business account holder agrees to complete identity verification through Payunit's approved verification provider as a condition for activating business services. Payunit may suspend these services or withdraw a prior approval where there are indicators of fraud, mismatched data, or a request from a competent authority. This does not affect the wallet balance or the account holder's right to withdraw their funds under the usual procedures.
